Director of Innovation and Technical Content: Responsible for developing and carrying out all research related tasks at BedBug Central and Cooper Pest Solutions. Assists with the evalution and development of new products (BlackOut Bed Bug Detector, SenSci Volcano Bed Bug Monitor and SenSci Bed Bug Lure) as well as protocol development for new and improved ways to conduct services.

Host of BedBug TV.

Visionary behind “Taking the Bite Out of the Holidays” – annual charity giving back to those in need across the country who are suffering from bed bug infestations around the holidays
